- Distance Rate: It is the amount earned per km when the driver starts the ride,You can always find your per-KM rate in Driver App
- Time Rate: It is the amount earned per minute when the driver starts the ride,You can always find your per-Min rate in Driver App
The earning of the Lucky Driver is based on three factors - Base Rate, Distance Rate and Time Rate. Distance and Time Rate may vary from city to city and time to time.

Driver requirements
They can vary by city, but here are the basic requirements to be a Lucky driver::
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have a valid BC Class 1, 2 or 4 commercial driver’s licence
- Be legally allowed to drive and work in BC
Required documents
Before hitting the road, you'll need to upload a few documents. Here's what you'll need:
- A copy of your valid BC driver's license
- A criminal record check from within the last 30 days (make sure it's the original copy)
- A commercial vehicle inspection report from within the last 30 days
- A commercial driving record (also known as a driver's abstract or N print)
- A copy of vehicle insurance/registration ( First two pages )
A driver profile photo
Next, upload a copy of your driver profile photo. Here's what we're looking for:
- A forward-facing, centered photo of your full face till top of shoulders (no sunglasses or hats, please!)
- Must be a photo only of the driver with no other subjects in the frame
- Must be well-lit and in focus
- Must be an original, high-resolution image file (not a scanned or copied photo such as a driver's license or passport photo)
Profile screening
That's it! Once you've uploaded your documents and photo, we'll review your application. This usually only takes a few hours. Once you're approved, you can activate your account and start driving!.

In order to be eligible, your vehicle must:
- Be less than 8 years old (you can find the model number on your vehicle registration issued by ICBC)
- Pass a vehicle inspection either annually or semi-annually
